摘要
烤烟IPP质体途径中间产物直接影响烤烟萜类前体物的生成。通过不同化学调控措施(施用Mn2+、Mg2+作为基肥)研究烤烟(云烟87)关键中间产物1-脱氧-D-木酮糖-5-磷酸、异戊烯焦磷酸(IPP)的变化,及其对烤烟腺毛密度与石油醚浸提物含量的影响。结果表明:施用Mn2+、Mg2+可显著提高IPP质体途径中间产物的相对含量、腺毛密度及石油醚浸提物含量,施Mn2+更有利于烤烟IPP质体途径关键中间产物生成和腺毛生长,可促进烤烟油分及香气物质生成,提高烟叶品质。
The intermediate products of the IPP plastid pathway of flue-cured tobacco directly affect the production of terpenoid precursors in tobacco.This experiment through different chemical control measures(using Mn2+and Mg2+as base fertilizers)was to study the changes of 1-deoxy-D-xylulose 5-phosphate and IPP(isopentene pyrophosphate),key intermediate products of flue-cured tobacco(Yunyan 87),and their effects on glandular trichomes density and the content of petroleum ether extracts.The results showed that the application of Mn2+and Mg2+can significantly increase the relative content of intermediates of IPP plastid pathway,glandular trichomes density,and petroleum ether extracts.Mn2+was more conducive to the formation of key intermediates in IPP pathway and growth of tobacco glandular trichome,which promoted the production of flue-cured tobacco oil and aroma substances and improved the quality of tobacco leaves.
