崇仁县土地利用变化对经济发展的影响

Impact of Land Use Change on Economic Development in Chongren County

以崇仁县为研究区域,分析了全县土地利用变化情况及经济发展的趋势,运用主成分分析法、相关性分析法和SPSS软件对2010—2014年崇仁县土地利用动态变化和区域的经济发展之间的关系进行综合分析评价。研究结果表明:(1)崇仁县耕地面积和建设用地面积大量增加,社会经济快速增长,县域综合实力在不断加强;(2)第二、三产业发展快速,社会消费品总额不断增加;(3)城镇化水平的不断提高是影响该县土地利用动态变化的主要因素。根据研究结果,提出了集约节约利用土地的方针措施。

Taking Chongren County as the research area,this paper analyzed the land use change and the trend of economic development in Chongren County.By using principal component analysis,correlation analysis and SPSS software,the relationship between land use dynamic change and regional economic development in Chongren County from 2010 to 2014 was comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.The results show that:(1)the cultivated land area and construction land area of Chongren County have increased substantially,the social economy has increased rapidly,and the comprehensive strength of the county has been continuously strengthened.(2)Secondary and tertiary industries are developing rapidly,and the total amount of social consumer goods is increasing.(3)The continuous improvement of urbanization level in Chongren County is the main factor affecting the dynamic change of land use.
