湖南花生产业发展现状与建议

Development Status and Suggestions of Peanut Industry in Hunan Province

阐述了湖南花生产业的发展现状,认为花生产业存在科研实力不强、科研水平有待提升,优质花生材料匮乏、缺乏自主选育的优质花生新品种,生产用种量大、机械化水平较低,精深加工企业少、产品的附加值低,产业园区的建设标准不高、产品的品牌影响力有限等问题,并提出了要加强科技研发与生产技术培训、促进花生产业化水平提升,利用优质花生材料培育高油酸、特色花生新品种,建立花生种子快速繁殖、全程机械化栽培技术体系,加大科技投入、提升精加工技术水平,加强产业园区建设、注重市场开发与品牌建设的发展建议,以期促进湖南花生产业发展。

The development status of peanut industry in Hunan Province is described.There are some problems,such as there is a lack of scientific research strength and the level of scientific research needs to be improved,shortage of high-quality peanut materials,lack of new peanut varieties.The amount of seed used for production is large and the level of mechanization is low.There are few intensive processing enterprises,low added value of products,low construction standards of industrial parks and insufficient brand influence of products.It is also suggested that we should strengthen scientific and technological research and techniques training,promote the level of peanut industrialization,utilize high-quality peanut materials,cultivate new varieties of peanut with high oleic acid,establish a rapid propagation and full mechanized cultivation technology system of peanut seeds,increase scientific and technological input and other improve precision processing technology.In order to promote the development of peanut industry in Hunan,we should strengthen the construction of industrial parks,pay attention to market development and brand building.
