农业科研单位做好产业扶贫的实践与思考——以湖南省农业科学院驻点村永顺县响塘村为例

Practice and Thinking of Agricultural Research Institutions in Poverty Alleviation——Taking the Xiangtan Village of Longshan County Supported by Hunan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as An Example

总结了2015—2018年间湖南省农业科学院对永顺县芙蓉镇响塘村进行产业扶贫的措施与经验,并从围绕脱贫战略搭建班子、依托科技扶贫凸显亮点、加强新型职业农民培训和整合科研资源放大优势效应4个方面提出了以科技引领产业、助力精准扶贫的几点建议。

This paper summarizes the measures and experiences of Hunan Academy of Agricultural Sciences in alleviating industrial poverty in Xiangtang Village,Furong Town,Yongshun County from 2015 to 2018,and puts forward some suggestions to guide industry with science and technology and help poverty alleviation accurately from four aspects:building a team around the strategy of get rid of poverty,relying on science and technology to highlight the highlights of poverty alleviation,strengthen the training of new professional farmers and integrate scientific research resources to enlarge the advantage effect.
