江西烟叶基层队伍建设的现状与思考

Consideration and Situation of Tobacco-industry Grassroots Construction in Jiangxi

围绕江西省当前烟叶基层队伍现状,分析了烟叶基层队伍建设存在的问题,结合江西省烟叶生产发展形势,提出加强员工的技能竞赛和培训,建立完善的激励考核机制,改善基层员工的工作生活条件,制订合理的员工职业规划等烟叶基层技术队伍建设的参考思路。

Based on the current situation of tobacco industry grassroots in Jiangxi province,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of tobacco team,combining with the development situation of tobacco production in Jiangxi Province,and puts forward strengthening the skills competition and training of employees,establishing a sound incentive and assessment mechanism,improving the working and living conditions of grass-roots employees,formulating reasonable staff positions and other reference ideas for tobacco industry technical team building.
