摘要
工艺蒸汽管线在运行中,发现多处裂纹,通过对样管进行宏观检查、化学成分分析、力学性能检测、硬度试验、金相检验、晶间腐蚀试验、应力腐蚀试验、断口分析等,判断管线失效的原因为保温层下氯离子应力腐蚀开裂,并对现场管线提出避免发生氯离子应力腐蚀的整改建议。
many cracks were discovered on process steam pipe when it was operating.Through a series examinations and analysies on the sample tube,like macro examination、chemical composition analysis、mechanical property test、hardness test、metallographic analysis、intergranular corrosion test、stress corrosion test、fracture analysis and so on,we found out that the cause of pipeline failure was chloride stress corrosion cracking under the insulating cotton,and put forward some suggestions on how to prevent the pipeline from chlorine stress corrosion.
