摘要
牺牲阳极材料是一类特殊的电化学功能材料,在金属防腐工程中应用广泛。镁基牺牲阳极也是电化学阴极保护工程中常用的一种牺牲阳极,具有较高的化学活性,较负的电极电位(纯Mg的标准电极电位为-2.37V),高驱动电压。镁合金牺牲阳极是适用于对在土壤、淡水及海水等介质中工作的金属设施进行阴极保护用的一种特殊的电化学功能材料,其用途越来越广泛。本文对镁牺牲阳极材料的研究现状与应用情况进行了综述。
The sacrificial anode material is a kind of special electrochemistry functional materials,applies widely in the metal anticorrosion project.The magnesium-based sacrifice anode also is in the electrochemistry cathodic protection project the commonly used one kind of sacrifice anode,has the high chemical activity,compares the negative electrode potential(the pure Mg standard electrode potential for-2.37V),high slaving voltage.The magnesium alloy sacrifice anode is suitable in to the metal facility which in medium and so on soil,fresh water and sea water works carries on one special electrochemistry functional materials which the cathodic protection uses,its use is more and more widespread.This article has carried on the summary to the magnesium sacrifice anode material research present situation and the application situation.
