古村茶园田园综合体中茶文化的应用--以福建鼓岭恩顶古村为例

The Application of Tea Culture in the Idyllic Complex of Tea Garden: Taking En'ding Ancient Village in Guling, Fujian as an Example

伴随着我国城乡经济社会转型和升级,田园综合大化传承是其中较为重要的一个问题。农业综合体是新时期农业发展的新模式,借鉴了城市综合体的概念,提出了新的发展理念,支持有条件的乡村建设以农民合作社为主要载体.建设集循环农业、创意农业、农事体验及系统性技术改造于一体的田园综合体,新模式的实践与推广需要有一套完备的运行机制.把发展所需要的政策、资本、人才等要素有机融合、良性运转。本文以福建省福州市鼓岭恩顶古村的茶园为例,将我国传统村落茶园文化融入到田园综合体中进行实践,更准确地挖掘出古村落茶园文化的本质特征,通过对各层面规划设计的指导实现形成田园综合体。

With the economic and social transformation and upgrading of urban and rural economy in China,cultural problems are becoming more and more prominent,and cultural inheritance is one of the most important issues.Agricultural synthesis is a new model of agricultural development in the new period,draw lessons from the concept of urban context,puts forward a new development concept,to support rural construction of conditional farmer cooperatives as the main carrier,the construction of circular agriculture,creative agriculture,farming experience in the integration of rural complex,a new mode of practice and popularization need a complete set of operation mechanism,policy,capital and talent development needs elements such as organic fusion,benign operation.Based on Fuzhou drum mountain tea garden as an example,this paper will tea culture into the rural complex theory to practice,the more accurate dig out the essence of tea culture,through to the various aspects of the planning guidance to achieve its cultural heritage.This paper aims to provide a method and basis for the inheritance of this kind of pastoral complex.
