关于皖南传统村落中公众参与保护建设的引导建议

Suggestions on Public Participation in the Protection of Traditional Villages in Southern Anhui Province

传统村落的保护发展离不开中央和地方省市政府的支持,也更需要村镇和村民积极主动参与。如何用有限的村镇与村民的经济和技术能力参与现阶段的传统村落保护,是当前保护发展工作的主要任务。本文以皖南地区为例,提出构建保护协会机构、诠释村落文化特色、建设村落文化交流中心、组织村落环境整治和区域联动5个方面,引导村镇和村民积极参与传统村落保护建设。

The protection and development of traditional villages cannot be separated from the support of the central and local governments,and also requires the participation of villages and villagers.How to participate in the protection of traditional villages with the limited economic and technical resources of villages and towns is the main task of the current work.Based on the region in southern Anhui province as an example,this paper puts forward on five aspects,including the creation of protection association organization,the interpretation of village culture,the construction of village cultural exchange center,resolving the village environment issues,and regional linkage,which could provide the guidance for the protection of traditional villages.
