Constructive Strategy for Residential Acoustic Comfort

针对目前住区建设对于声环境设计的系统研究不充分,通过解析声舒适的内涵,对声质量评价标准、声环境优化方法等研究成果进行梳理,提出住区声舒适的4类影响因素及各自对应的营造因子,提出以空间布局、居民事件活动、人文内涵为营造载体,以声音物理强度指标为监控反馈的营造方法.总结住区声舒适营造前期在空间规划方面的各项设计策略,以及建成住区内干扰声音事件的优化途径.

Regarding the problem of insufficient systemic research on design of acoustic environment for residential district construction,the article sorted the achievements of acoustic quality evaluation criterion and acoustic environment optimization methods by analyzing the connotation of acoustic comfort and raised 4 influential factors and the corresponding construction factor respectively for acoustic comfort,and raised the building method of taking spatial arrangement,residential activities,and humanistic connotation as building carrier,and acoustic physical strength index as monitoring feedback.It summarized design strategies in space planning in the early stage of residential district acoustic comfort building and 3 optimization methods for disturbing sound events in completed residential district.
