航空发动机叶片型面轮廓光学测量技术现状及发展趋势 被引量:9

摘要 航空发动机叶片型面轮廓精度是对其加工质量进行评价的重要指标,测量手段是验证航空发动机叶片合格性的关键技术保证。面临航发制造业的高效测量要求,普通三坐标测量技术较难满足航空发动机叶片测量效率要求,光学测量技术是解决这一技术难题的重要发展方向。因此对国内外的航空发动机叶片不同光学测量技术研究现状整理总结。首先概述航空发动机叶片测量要求,然后从标准模板法、轮廓投影法、三角测量法、干涉法、激光扫描法以及面结构光法等方面概述了国内外航空发动机叶片光学测量技术与设备的技术现状,阐明其应用特点并分析了存在问题。最后结合目前我国智能制造与工业4.0趋势方向指出了航空发动机叶片光学测量技术发展趋势。 It is an important indicator of the surface quality evaluation for aero-engine blades contour accuracy.Profile measurement has become the main technical assurance to verify the qualification of the aero-engine blade.Facingefficient measurement requirements of aerospace manufacturing industry,the normal coordinate measurement technologyis gradually harder to meet the measurement efficiency requirements.The optical non-contact measurement method is becomingan important developing trend for solving the issue.This paper summarizes the current situation of different opticalnoncontact measurement methods of the aero-engine blade in China and abroad.Firstly,the measurement requirements ofthe aero-engine blade were summarized.Secondly,the research status of optical non-contact measurement methods andapparatus of the aero-engine blade were summarized from standard templates,contour projection,triangulation,interference,laser scanning,and structured light to clarify its application characteristics and limitations.Finally,combined withthe development of the current intelligent manufacturing in China and industrial4.0in Germany,it was pointed out that thedeveloping technology trend of the non-contact measurement of the aero-engine blade.
