摘要
德国很重视保护历史城镇。梳理了从19世纪早期至今的德国历史城镇保护思潮的演进,并对目前德国的城市遗产保护体系进行介绍与分析,重点对"具有历史核心区的城市"以及"城市设计类型的文物保护"进行介绍。选取了科隆、格尔利茨、斯图加特作为典型案例介绍了二战后的历史城市复建、古城整体保护、历史城市的城市建设控制。
Germany attaches great importance to the protection of historical cities and towns.This paper reviews the evolution of the idea of protecting historical cities in Germany from the early19th century to the present,and introduces and analyses the current German urban heritage protection system,focusing on the introduction of"cities with historical core areas"and"St?dtebaulicher Denkmalschutz".This paper takes Cologne,Gerlitz and Stuttgart as typical cases to introduce the reconstruction of historical cities,the overall protection of ancient cities and the urban construction control of historical cities after World WarⅡ.
