摘要
与竞技体育力量训练追求肌肉的"粗"不同,中国传统武术一方面将生理身体解剖为有序的三节而训练其"整",另一方面将生理身体区分为不同的四梢而训练其"长",并将"整""长"训练贯穿于生理身体教育的全过程。习武初期,齐整静态三节,获得稳定劲力;习武中期,柔化"整中有长"的动态三节,获得灵活劲力;习武后期,追求"整长互促"的有序三节,获得应激劲力。传统武术"整长关联与互动"的生理身体教育实践,也是武术规范自制、精神气质积淀的过程,表现为以体扬礼与以形显神。传统武术生理身体的"整""长"教育,是武术文化传承的优秀传统与宝贵遗产。
Different from the pursuit of muscle thickness in competitive sports strength training,Chinese traditional Wushu,on the one hand,trains its "whole"by dissecting physiological body into three orderly sections,and on the other hand,also divides physiological body into four different tips to train its"length". "Whole"and"length"are the core elements of the whole process of Wushu education. In the early stage of Wushu practice,the three static sections are ordered to obtain stable strength; in the middle stage,the three dynamic sections are softened to obtain flexible strength; in the later stage,the three orderly sections are pursued to obtain intensified strength. The practice of physical education in traditional Wushu is also a process of self-control of Wushu norms and accumulation of spiritual temperament. The"whole"and"length"education of traditional Wushu physiological body is an excellent tradition and precious heritage of Wushu culture inheritance.
