摘要
研究旨在探讨NBA球迷虚拟社群成员在网易NBA数据直播系统中关注赛场即时信息时是如何互动交流的。研究采用网络资料分析法、网络约谈法对网易NBA 14个赛场的图文直播内容及球迷网友的发文进行分析。结果:球迷网友运用表情符号等方式沟通弥补社会线索的不足;球迷网友间有时由于认同差异会发生文化对决,但基于球迷网友们认同虚拟社群的规范而降低争执,当然,球迷网友因赛事而发表的调侃性语言是他们互动的兴奋剂。
The paper aims to explore how NBA fans virtual community members pay attention to the interactive communication of the real-time information in the match field in the NetEase NBA data broadcast system. The research adopts the network data analysis method and the network interview method to analyze the broadcast content of the graphics and texts of 14 NetEase NBA games and the fans' texts. Results: Fan netizens use emoticons to make up for the lack of social clues. Sometimes,the fans have a cultural confrontation due to the differences of cognition,but it is decreased because fans agree on the norms of the virtual community.
