高校工会服务功能的针对性研究——基于青年教师需求的考察

A Targeted Study on the Service Function of the Trade Union in College and University——An Investigation Based on the Needs of the Young Teacher

高校工会要立足于高校的工作实际,不断探索符合高校特点的工作方式方法。当前,青年教师已逐渐成为高校教师群体中的重要组成部分。高校工会应因势而变,立足青年教师群体,加强对他们的关注,不断改进和创新工作方式方法,提升工会服务的针对性,在关心青年教师健康发展和维护校园和谐稳定方面发挥积极作用。

University trade union should base on the practical work of the college and university and constantly explore ways and means of working in line with the characteristics of college and university.At present,the young teacher has gradually become an important part of university teacher group.Thus,trade union should change due to the trend,based on the young teacher group,pay more attention to the group,constantly improve and innovate working ways and means,enhance the relevance of trade union services,play an active role in taking care of young teachers’healthy development and maintain the harmonious stability of the campus.
