摘要
人际情绪管理是在真实的社会互动情境中进行情绪管理.它包括内在、外在人际情绪管理两种类型,以及反应依赖和反应独立两种机制.目前,人际情绪管理测量研究主要采用Hofmann等编制的《人际情绪管理问卷》,尚存在测量工具的匮乏、研究不深入以及实际应用方面的问题.未来的研究应该集中在以下几个方面:设计更为可靠的人际情绪管理测量工具;情绪管理策略选择和使用过程中的个体差异;人际情绪管理在精神障碍和心理治疗领域的应用.
Interpersonal emotion regulation refers to episodes occurring in the context of a live social interaction,and representing the pursuit of an emotion regulatory goal.It includes two types of intrinsic and extrinsic interpersonal regulation,and two strategies of response-dependent and response-independent.Present researches rely on Interpersonal Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(IERQ)developed by Hofmann et al as the main measurement tool.However,research in this regard is still retarded for lack of proper tools for measurement,in-depth researches,and practical applications.Future research efforts should be directed to the following aspects:the design of more reliable tools for measurement;the individual difference in the selection of emotion regulation strategy and in the process of making such a choice;the application of interpersonal emotion regulation in the fields of treating mental disturbance and psychotherapy.
