摘要
高压天然气长输管线穿越管的3PE防腐层在回拖的过程中经常由于摩擦力导致破损,而且穿越段较深,地下水位高容易导致钢管受腐蚀破损,经实践证明STOPAQ粘弹体防腐材料的高强度特性较好地解决了这一问题。文章从实际工程施工过程中作出对比,得出STOPAQ材料确实在传统防腐施工工艺上有很大的提升。
In crossing engineering,the3PE anticorrosive coating of natural gas pipeline is often damaged due to friction in the process of towing,which will lead to corrosion damage of steel pipes.It has been proved that the high strength characteristics of STOPAQ material can solve this problem well.Through the actual construction case,this paper illustrates that this technology has greatly improved compared with the traditional anti-corrosion technology.
