Studies on Maturity Model of Open Government Data

成熟度模型是衡量政府数据开放能力的重要方面。本文阐述了政府数据开放成熟度的含义、模型构建的重要性,并回顾了国外政府数据开放成熟度模型的类型。重点从政府主体的角度构建了我国政府数据开放成熟度的模型,分析了当前政府数据开放成熟度的状况,并提出了提高政府数据开放能力成熟度的建议和意见。

Maturity model is an important aspect of measuring government open data.This paper expounded the mean.ing and the importance of model building of open government data maturity,and reviewed on the types of government open data maturity models of foreign governments.From the perspective of government itself,the paper constructed the model of Chinese government open data maturity model,analyzed the immaturity status and put forward some suggestions to improve the maturity capacity of government open data in China.
