基于竞争情报的企业科技创新过程研究——以科技型中小企业为例

Research on the Process of Scientific and Technological Innovation of Enterprises Based on Competitive Intelligence——A Case Study of Technology-based SMEs

[目的/意义]科技型中小企业是企业科技创新的重要力量,但其在科技创新过程中面临着诸多问题。竞争情报是科技型中小企业成功进行科技创新活动的重要途径。[方法/过程]在竞争情报视角下对科技型中小企业科技创新内涵进行界定,提出竞争情报对企业科技创新的作用,结合竞争情报流程构建科技型中小企业科技创新过程图并具体分析竞争情报在每个阶段发挥的作用。[结果/结论]提出科技型中小企业科技创新过程由知识创新、技术创新、技术应用、商业创新4个阶段组成,指出科技型中小企业利用竞争情报开展科技创新活动的具体途径,为科技型中小企业的科技创新提供理论指导和依据。

[Purpose/Significance]The technology-based SMEs are the important forces of the science and technology innovation,but they are faced with many problems in the process of the science and technology innovation.Competitive in.telligence is an important way for technology-based SMEs to successfully carry out scientific and technological innovation ac.tivities.[Method/Process]From the angle of competitive intelligence,the connotation of scientific and technological inno.vation of technology-based SMEs is defined,and the role of competitive intelligence in scientific and technological innova.tion of enterprises was put forward.Construction of Science and Technology Innovation process Chart for technology-based SMEs with competitive Intelligence process and Analysis of the role of competitive Intelligence in each stage[Result/Con.clusion]The process of scientific and technological innovation of technology-based SMEs consisted of four stages:knowl.edge innovation,technological innovation,technology application and business innovation.It pointed out the specific ways of using competitive intelligence to carry out scientific and technological innovation activities by competitive intelligence,and provided theoretical guidance and basis for scientific and technological innovation of technology-based SMEs.
