摘要 QRS-T夹角是指去极化方向和复极化方向之间围成的夹角,主要反映继发性心室复极改变。近年来研究发现QRS-T夹角除了能预测恶性心律失常的发生外,还与冠心病、高血压、糖尿病等疾病有关。然而,由于目前缺乏对QRS-T夹角正常范围的统一规定,其临床应用受到限制。本文对QRS-T夹角的定义、分类、计算及其临床应用的相关研究进行综述。 QRS-T angle is the angle between the directions of depolarization and ventricular repolarization,mainly representing secondary ventricular repolarization change.In recent years,it has been found by research that despite predicting malignant arrhythmias,QRS-T angle is also related to coronary heart disease,hypertension,diabetes and other diseases.However,in the absence of uniform provisions on its normal range,QRS-T angle is bounded in clinical application.This paper reviews the literatures related to the definition,classification,calculation and clinical application of QRS-T angle.
