摘要 2009年7月颁布生效的印尼2009年第24号《国旗、国语、国徽及国歌法》规定,印尼的语言可分为国民语言、官方语言、地方语言和外国语四种。本文依据印尼国家法律分析华语的地位和功能及其对华语教学~①的影响发现,虽然印尼华人作为一个民族已得到法律认可,但华族的语言——华语不属于印尼国家内部的民族语言或地方语言。不论从法律方面还是从教育方面考察,华语的地位和功能均属于外语。为了确保华语教学在印尼的可持续发展,印尼华语教学应顺应其外语定位,并融入本土文化,避免卷入意识形态纷争。印尼华语教学主要属于第二语言教学,这将影响印尼华文教学的顶层设计及实施。 The legal status of a country’s certain language must profoundly affect its survival and development.Law No.24of national flags,languages,national emblems and national anthem approved by the sixth President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono in2009stipulates that the legal status of Indonesian languages can be divided into national language,official language,local language and foreign language.According to the Indonesia law,this paper will analyze the legal status and function of Chinese language in Indonesia,furthermore to discuss its influence on the Chinese language teaching in Indonesia.We realize that Indonesian-Chinese has a legal status of its ethnic,but their language is not Indonesia vernacular language.Its legal status and function in law and national education remains a foreign language.To ensure the sustainable development of Chinese language teaching in Indonesia,it must stress out its function as foreign language,avoid involving the communist ideology,and also integrate into local cultures.The teaching of Chinese language in Indonesia mainly refers to a second language teaching,it directly affects government policy and its implementation of the Chinese language teaching in Indonesia.
