心理疏导对脑卒中患者焦虑抑郁情绪和希望水平的影响

Effect of psychological counseling on anxiety,depression and hope level of stroke patients

目的探讨心理疏导对于脑卒中后抑郁患者焦虑抑郁情绪和希望水平影响。方法 200例脑卒中后抑郁患者给予心理疏导,比较所有患者心理疏导前后的抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分、症状自评量表评分和Herth希望量表评分。结果经过心理疏导后,患者的SDS评分、SAS评分和SCL-90评分均较前有明显下降,患者HHI各个维度及总体评分均前有明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理疏导可以缓解脑卒中后抑郁患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提高希望水平。

Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological counseling on the anxiety,depression and low level of hope experienced by patients after having suffered stroke.Methods Firstly,200 patients diagnosed as cases of post-stroke depression were chosen as the subjects of study and subjected to psychological counseling.The then the scores as obtained before and after counseling intervention by using self-rating depression scale,self-rating anxiety scale,symptom checklist and Herth hope index were compared.Results After psychological counseling,the SDS score,SAS score and SCL-90 score were lower than those as achieved before intervention.The HHI dimensions and overall score became greater than before.The differences were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological counseling can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression experienced by patients after having had stroke and improve their level of hope.
