摘要 在"丝绸之路"基础上实施的"一带一路"、"冰上丝绸之路"等战略,是中国面对当今复杂的国际形势,创新国家经济、文化发展的新思维。新时期的"冰上丝绸之路"是我国参与的国家经济贸易的新战略,京津冀港口具有惊人的吞吐量和超强的集疏散功能,可以定位为"冰上丝绸之路"航道的港口起点。 China has initiated new strategies such as“Belt and Road”,“Silk Road on Ice”on the basis of the traditional Silk Road as a way to develop the economy and culture of the country in a more complicated situation of the world today.The“Silk Road on Ice”in this new era is a new strategy for China to participate in the international trade.Harbours in the area of Beijng,Tianjin and Hebei Province,with their tremendous cargo-handling capacity and amazing goods collecting and distributing function could well serve as the starting end of the“Silk Road on Ice”.
