经济新常态下高校党建对师范生创业能力培养的作用研究

Research on the role of party construction in the cultivation of normal students' entrepreneurial ability under the new normal economy

随着我国经济发展进入新常态,大学生的就业问题日益突出,高校师范生也同样面临着巨大的就业压力。高校党建是提高师范生创业能力的重要载体和有效途径。首先对高校师范生创业能力培养的现状及原因进行分析,其次指出了高校党建和师范生创业能力培养之间的内在联系,并阐述了高校党建对师范生创业能力培养的优势;最后在党的十九大精神引领下,分别从思想建设、服务意识、工作方式、机制保障等四个途径探讨了高校党建工作对师范生创业能力的培养。

With the new normality of our country's economic development,the employment problem of college students becomes more and more prominent.Party building in colleges and universities is an important carrier and an effective way to improve the entrepreneurial ability of normal students.Firstly,this paper analyzes the present situation and reasons of developing the entrepreneurial ability of college students,and then points out the inner relation between building the party and cultivating the entrepreneurial ability of college students.At last,under the guidance of the spirit of 19th National Congress,this paper discusses the cultivation of the entrepreneurial ability of normal university students from four ways:ideological construction,service consciousness,working style and mechanism guarantee.
