影响大学生就业因素的Delta灰色关联分析

Delta grey correlation analysis of the factors affecting college students' employment

本文主要通过对全国高校毕业生近5年就业数据的分析和处理,运用皮尔逊系数进行相关性分析,筛选出GDP增长,人口数量,高校讲座开展次数,大学生阅读数量以及大学生参加科研创新次数这5个因素对大学生就业的影响程度,建立了Delta灰色关联度模型,使用了matlab软件进行辅助计算,对原始数据进行无量纲化处理后,通过求解得出了就业讲座开展次数是影响大学生就业主要因素的结论,并针对结果进行分析,给出应加大高校开展就业讲座的针对性和实效性等措施来改善大学生就业状况的对策与建议。

This paper mainly through the analysis of college graduates in the country nearly five years of employment data,and correlation analysis by using pearson cofficient,including the growth of GDP,the change of population,the number of lectures in colleges and universitises,the number of college students’reading and innovation projects,the influences of these five factors on the employment of college students were screened out,and the grey relational degree model of Delta was established.With the help of matlab software,aftering dimensionless processing of the original data,it is concluded that the number of employment lectures in colleges and universities is the main factor affecting the employment of college students.Besides,in the light of the result,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employment situation of college students by making more efforts,strengthening their own professional ability,and strengthening the pertinence and effectiveness of employment lectures in colleges and universities.
