The influence of different additives in blood collection tube on the determination of thyroid hormone by chemiluminescence analysis technique

摘要 目的评估不同促凝添加剂采血管对化学发光分析技术测定甲状腺激素结果的影响。方法采集同一志愿者肘正中静脉血至3种真空采血管中,分离血清后测定5项甲状腺激素指标。结果经过ANOVA检验,与对照A管比较,B管的促甲状腺激素(TSH)、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)等4项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中TSH、FT3、FT4超过临床可接受范围;与对照A管比较,C管的总甲状腺素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并超过临床可接受范围;B管与C管比较,TSH、T3、FT3、FT4等4项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并均超过临床可接受范围。结论不同添加剂真空采血管对化学发光分析技术测定甲状腺激素结果可能产生影响,大批量使用前需要进行比对和可接受性评估。 Objective To evaluate the effect of different coagulation-promoting additives on the determination of thyroid hormone by chemiluminescence analysis.Methods Five thyroid hormone indexes were measured after the serum was isolated from the same elbow vein.Results After ANOVA test,there were statistically significant differences in the four indexes of thyrotropin(TSH),total triiodothyronine(T3),free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4)in the B tube compared with A tube(P<0.05),in which TSH,FT3and FT4exceeded the clinical acceptable range.Compared with the control A tube,the T4of C tube was statistically different(P<0.05),and exceeded the clinical acceptable range.There were statistically significant differences on the4indexes of TSH,T3,FT3and FT4between tube B and tube C(P<0.05),and both exceeded the clinical acceptable range.Conclusion Vacuum vascularization with different additives may have an impact on the results of chemiluminescence assay for thyroid hormone determination,which requires comparison and acceptability evaluation before mass use.
