摘要
随着经济全球化的发展和不可再生能源的日益枯竭,企业开始重视对资源的回收利用,通过修复或者再制造过程恢复它的性能,节约了企业生产成本的同时也提升了企业形象。但由于回收件的高度不确定性和制造/再制造混合系统的高度复杂性,混合系统的库存控制变得尤为复杂。为了平衡回收件库存和可用件库存,制造与再制造的关系,文中把精益生产理论运用到混合系统的库存控制之中,同时提出了精益再制造生产管理和拉动式制造再制造的方法,以期为库存问题的解决提供一种新的思路。
With the rapid development of global market and the drying up of no-renewable energy sources,the company began to pay attention to the recycling of resources.They recycle the waste parts or products and restore its performance by repairing or manufacturing,thus saving the production cost of enterprises and improving corporate image.However,due to the high degree of uncertainty of the recycled parts and the high complexity of the manufacturing/remanufacturing hybrid system,the inventory control of the hybrid system becomes particularly complicated.In order to balance inventory of recyclables and available parts,and balance the relationship between manufacturing and remanufacturing,this paper applies the lean production theory to the inventory control of hybrid systems,and proposes the methods of lean remanufacturing production management and pull manufacturing remanufacturing,in the hope of providing a new way of thinking for the solution of inventory control.
