摘要
文中构建一个三级供应链的VMI模型,充分考虑需求量、订货和库存成本等参数的变化,并且将TPL引入其中,分别建立了分散式、上游段VMI、下游段VMI以及集成式VMI的四种不同情况下的收益模型,然后采用Shapley值法构建利益分配机制,并及进行算例分析。结果表明,实施VMI&TPL带来的利润增长能通过该机制进行更加公平的分配,可以有效促进集成式VMI&TPL的长期稳定发展。
This paper constructs a VMI model of three-tier supply chain,fully considering the changes of demand,order and inventory cost,and introduces TPL into it.It establishes profit models in four different situations:decentralized,upstream,downstream and integrated VMI,and then uses Shapley value method to construct profit distribution.The mechanism is also analyzed.The results show that the profit growth brought by the implementation of VMI&TPL can be more equitably distributed through this mechanism,and can effectively promote the long-term and stable development of integrated VMI&TPL.
