食品供应链中主体质量投入在政府干预下的博弈研究

在目前的食品市场中,安全食品供应链上两大主体之间在面对是否进行质量投入以提高食品安全方面存在博弈关系,与此同时食品市场均衡的形成很大程度上取决于政府相关部门与食品供应链上主体间的行为策略。为保证市场环境下的食品安全,现对食品供应链中主体的质量投入以及他们与政府相关部门之间的联系进行研究,利用博弈论的方法,针对食品供应链质量投入主体与政府相关部门的投入与收益进行分析,并构建博弈模型。文中通过在对Nash均衡博弈研究的基础上,以食品供应链中参与博弈的各个主体为对象,对两大主体是否进行质量投入,以及在政府相关部门对其干预下的博弈分析,获得均衡博弈结果。同时分析保证食品安全前提下政府相关部门对食品供应链上两大主体是否进行质量投入应作出的奖惩措施。

In the present food market,between two main body on safe food supply chain in the face of whether quality input there is a game relation in order to improve the food safety,at the same time the formation of the food market equilibrium depends largely on the relevant government departments and food supply chain strategy between the main body behavior.To ensure the food safety of market environment,the investment and the quality of food supply chain in the main body they study the contact between the relevant government departments,by using the method of game theory,in view of the quality of the food supply chain into the main body and the relevant government departments and return is analyzed,and build the game model.In this paper,on the basis of research on Nash equilibrium game,in the food supply chain to participate in the game of each main body as an object,on whether the two big main body quality,and the relevant government departments to game analysis,under the intervention of balanced game result.At the same time,the paper analyzes the reward and punishment measures for the quality input of the two main bodies of the food supply chain under the premise of ensuring food safety.
