宝马校企合作的师资培养体系构建与启示 被引量:1

摘要 伴随着现代学徒制在现代高等职业教育中的深入应用,完备的师资成为人才培养目标能否顺利达成的关键因素。文中通过研究宝马售后英才教育项目(BMW Education of Service Technology,简称B. E. S. T项目)在"双师型"师资培养体系的有益经验,总结了该师资培养体系构建的优势:"双师型"师资是服务于现代学徒制的师资力量,是现代职业教育对师资素质的需求。对"双师型"师资应当按照质量管理要求培训,"专业能力"和"教学能力"并重是"双师型"师资培养的基本要求。该结论可为服务于现代学徒制的师资培养体系构建提供技术支撑。 With the in-depth application of modern apprenticeship system in modern higher vocational education,qualifiedteachers become the key factor for the success of talent training objectives. By studying the beneficial experience of"Double-qualified"teacher training system for BMW Education of Service Technology( B. E. S. T project),this paper summarizes the advantages of the"Double-qualified"teacher training system: the"Double-qualified"teachersare the teacher force serving the modern apprenticeship system and the requirements of the teachers’ quality for the modern occupation education.the"Double-qualified"teachers should be trained according to the requirements of quality management,and the"professional ability"and"teaching ability"should be paid equal attention to each other. the conclusion can provide technical support for the construction of teacher training system for modern apprenticeship.
