家庭康复训练结合融合趣味游戏的语言康复训练对语言发育迟缓患儿康复效果的影响 被引量:31

摘要 目的探讨家庭康复训练结合融合趣味游戏的语言康复训练对语言发育迟缓患儿的康复效果的影响。方法选取我院2016年4月至2018年1月收治的110例语言发育迟缓患儿作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患儿实施融合趣味游戏的语言康复训练,观察组患儿则在对照组干预基础上实施家庭康复训练,对比两组患儿干预效果、干预前后婴幼儿发育诊断量表评分变化情况及家属满意度。结果观察组患儿干预效果优于对照组(P <0. 05);两组患儿干预前各项婴幼儿发育诊断量表评分经比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),干预后两组患儿各项婴幼儿发育诊断量表评分均改善,但观察组优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患儿家属干预满意度高于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论家庭康复训练结合融合趣味游戏的语言康复训练可较好促进语言发育迟缓儿童康复,患儿恢复好,家属满意度高,值得推广及应用。 Objective To explore the effect of family rehabilitation training combined with language rehabilitation training of fun games on the rehabilitation of children with language retardation.Methods To select a total of110children with language retardation who were admitted to our hospital from April2016to January2018as study subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group randomly.Children in the control group were treated with language rehabilitation integrated with fun games.Children in the observation group were given family rehabilitation training on the basis of the intervention of the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups of children,the changes of the scores of the infant developmental diagnosis scale before and after the intervention and the satisfaction of the family members were compared.Results The intervention effect in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant statistical difference in the scores of the developmental diagnostic scales of the infants before intervention in the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the infant developmental diagnostic scales of the two groups were improved,but the condition of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family rehabilitation training combined with language rehabilitation training with fun games can better promote the recovery of children with language retardation.The recovery of children is very good,and the satisfaction of family members is high,which was worth popularizing and applying.
