慢性心力衰竭患者的自我护理能力调查及相关因素研究

Self-care ability investigation and related factors research of chronic heart failure patients

目的调查慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的自我护理能力并探讨自我护理的相关因素与独立影响因素。方法选取本院2015年1月至2017年1月收治的120例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,使用心力衰竭患者自我护理能力调查量表调查患者的自我护理能力;依据调查结果将患者分为护理能力良好组与较差组,采用logistic回归分析确定独立影响因素。结果良好组问卷调查各分类得分与总分均优于较差组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、医疗保险方式、CHF病程、NYHA心功能分级为CHF患者自我护理能力的相关因素。年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、医疗保险方式、NYHA心功能分级、CHF病程为CHF患者自我护理能力的独立影响因素。结论慢性心衰患者的自我护理能力亟待提高,患者的年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、医疗保险方式、NYHA心功能分级和CHF病程为其自我护理能力的独立影响因素。

Objective To investigate the self-care ability of chronic heart failure(CHF)patients and to explore the related factors as well as independent influencing factors of self-care.Methods A total of120CHF patients who were admitted to our hospital from January2015to January2017were selected as study subjects.The self-care ability of patients was investigated by self-care ability survey scale for patients with heart failure.According to the survey results,patients were divided into good nursing ability group and poor nursing ability group.By logistic regression analysis,the independent influencing factors were determined.Results The separate scores and total scores of questionnaires in the good nursing ability group were better than those of the poor nursing ability groups,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Age,education level,family monthly income,medical insurance,CHF duration,and NYHA cardiac function classification were the factors related to self-care ability of CHF patients.Age,education level,family monthly income,medical insurance,NYHA cardiac function classification and CHF duration were independent factors influencing CHF patients'self-care ability.Conclusion The self-care ability of CHF patients needs to be improved.The age,education level,family monthly income,medical insurance,NYHA cardiac function classification and CHF duration of patients are the independent factors of self-care ability.
