社区护士中医护理培训现状及培训需求的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the status quo and needs of community nurses' traditional Chinese medicine nursing training

目的调查石家庄市社区护士中医护理知识与技术的培训现状及培训需求,为下一步制定培训方案及组织培训提供参考。方法根据自设问卷以问卷星形式对2017年10—12月28个社区卫生服务中心205名护士进行调查。结果社区护士年纪轻、学历职称偏低、85%以上的社区护士没有中医护理学历教育经历,亦没有参加过中医护理培训,但是认为有必要培训、培训需求迫切,希望针对社区常用的中医护理理论与技术以多种方式展开培训。结论社区护士中医护理学历教育及培训基础薄弱,培训需求强烈,应根据其培训需求制定相应的中医护理培训方案并组织培训,以提高社区护士中医护理能力,满足社区居民需求。

Objective To investigate the training status and training needs of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing knowledge and technology of community nurses in Shijiazhuang City,and provide reference for further development of training programs and organization of training.Methods According to the self-designed questionnaire,a total of205nurses who came from28different communities in the community health service center were surveyed in the form of questionnaires from october2017to December2017.Results Community nurses were younger and had lower academic titles.There were more than85%of them did not have TCM nursing education experience,and did not participate in TCM nursing training.However,they considered it was necessary for them to train with urgent needs.They wanted to be trained in variety of ways regarding the common TCM theory and technology used in community.Conclusion The foundation of community nurses'TCM nursing education and training is weak,and their training needs are strong.The corresponding TCM nursing training programs should be formulated according to their training needs.In addition,training should be organized to improve the community nurses'TCM nursing ability and meet the needs of community residents.
