电话回访式健康教育在冠心病合并高血压患者中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨出院电话回访式健康教育在冠心病合并高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年1月至2018年1月收治的320例冠心病合并高血压患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规护理、健康宣教及出院指导,观察组在对照组的基础上给予联合出院电话回访式健康教育干预,比较两组患者干预前后血压变化、自我管理行为评分、Morisky服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)评分及西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分。结果干预后两组患者舒张压比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),干预后观察组收缩压显著低于对照组(P <0. 05),自我管理行为评分、MMAS-8评分及SAQ评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论出院电话回访式健康教育干预可有效控制冠心病合并高血压患者血压水平,提高患者自我管理行为能力、服药依从性及生活质量,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of telephone follow-ups-based health education in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods To select320cases of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2018 as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group randomly.The control group received routine nursing,health education and discharge guidance.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given a combined hospital telephone follow-ups health education intervention.The blood pressure changes,self-management behavior score,Morisky medication adherence scale(MMAS-8)score and Seattle angina questionnaiire(SAQ)score of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results There was no significant statistical difference in diastolic blood pressure between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).The systolic blood pressure of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The self-management behavior score,MMAS-8score and SAQ score in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospitalized telephone follow-ups health education intervention can control the blood pressure level of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension effectively.Meanwhile,it can improve their self-management behavior,medication compliance and quality of life,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
