易罐联合四子散热敷对人工膝关节置换术后患者康复效果的影响

Effect of cupping therapy combined with four seeds powder fomentation on rehabilitation of patients after artificial knee joint replacement

目的探讨易罐联合四子散热敷对人工膝关节置换术后患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2018年6月在我院行人工膝关节置换术患者62例,将患者随机等分成观察组和对照组,对照组患者接受常规的康复护理,观察组在对照组的基础上增加易罐联合四子散热敷,比较两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分及膝关节功能(HSS)评分。结果干预后观察组患者的VAS评分低于对照组(P <0. 05),HSS评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论易罐联合四子散热敷可减轻人工膝关节术后患者疼痛程度,改善膝关节功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of cupping therapy combined with four seeds powder fomentation on rehabilitation of patients after artificial knee joint replacement.Methods To select62cases of patients who underwent artificial knee replacement in our hospital from April2017to June2018as subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group randomly.Patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,while patients in the observation group received cupping therapy combined with four seed powder fomentation based on the treatment of the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score and knee function(HSS)scores of the two groups were compared.Results The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05),and the HSS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cupping therapy combined with four seeds powder fomentation can reduce the pain degree of patients after artificial knee joint surgery and improve the knee joint function,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
