弹力袜联合依诺肝素钠对骨盆骨折患者术后深静脉血栓的预防作用

Preventive effect of stretch socks combined with heparin sodium on postoperative deep venous thrombosis in patients with pelvic fracture

目的探讨弹力袜联合依诺肝素钠对骨盆骨折患者术后深静脉血栓的预防作用。方法选取我科室2015年1月至2017年1月收治的50例骨盆骨折患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者在术后接受弹力袜预防深静脉血栓(DVT),观察组患者接受弹力袜联合依诺肝素钠预防DVT。比较两组患者血浆D-二聚体浓度、DVT发生情况、护理满意度。结果观察组患者血浆D-二聚体浓度低于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组DVT发生率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论弹力袜联合依诺肝素钠能有效预防骨盆骨折患者术后DVT,提高其护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of stretch socks combined with heparin sodium on postoperative deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients with pelvic fracture.Methods To select50cases of patients with pelvic fractures who were treated in our department from January2015to January2017as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group randomly with the same number of patients.Patients in the control group received stretch socks to prevent DVT after operation.Patients in the observation group received treatment of stretch socks combined with heparin sodium to prevent DVT.Plasma D-dimer concentration,DVT incidence,and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The plasma D-dimer concentration in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of DVT in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying stretch socks combined with heparin sodium can prevent postoperative DVT in patients with pelvic fractures effectively and improve their nursing satisfaction,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
