集束化护理对改善宫颈癌化疗患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of cluster nursing on improving negative emotion and quality of life in patients who underwent chemotherapy for cervical cancer

目的探讨集束化护理在宫颈癌化疗患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2015年7月至2017年6月我院收治的86例宫颈癌化疗患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取妇科常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上予以集束化护理。比较干预后1年两组患者Hamilton抑郁评分量表(HAMD)、Hamilton焦虑评分量表(HAMA)、疾病进展恐惧问卷-简化版(Fo P-Q-SF)、欧洲癌症治疗研究组织生活质量问卷(EORTC QLQ)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、医学积极应对问卷(MCMQ)评分。结果干预后1年,观察组HAMD、HAMA、FoP-Q-SF、EORTC QLQ、PSQI评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组SSRS、MCMQ评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论集束化护理能有效缓解宫颈癌化疗患者负性情绪,对促进其生活质量改善有利,有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of cluster nursing in patients who underwent chemotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods A total of 86 cases of patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy who were admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group with the same number of patients randomly.The control group was given gynecological routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with cluster nursing on the same treatment as the control group.After1year of intervention,the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),simplified form of the fear of progression questionnaire(FoP-Q-SF),the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire(EORTC QLQ),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),social support rating scale(SSRS),and medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)scores of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After1year of intervention,the HAMD、HAMA、FoP-Q-SF、EORTC QLQ and PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the SSRS and MCMQ scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing can alleviate the negative emotion of patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy effectively.As a result,it is beneficial to the improvement of their quality of life and has higher clinical application value.
