针对性护理在新生儿溶血病实施动静脉同步自动换血中的应用效果

Application effect of targeted nursing in automatic transfusion of arteries and veins in neonatal hemolytic disease

目的探讨针对性护理在新生儿溶血病实施动静脉同步自动换血中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月至2018年1月在我院治疗的新生儿溶血病患儿42例,采用随机数字法将其等分为对照组和研究组,两组患儿均采用动静脉同步自动换血治疗,对照组患儿给予常规护理,研究组患儿给予针对性护理。对比两组患儿护理后不良反应发生情况以及家长对护理的满意度。结果研究组患儿护理后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P <0. 05),研究组患儿家长对护理的满意度明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论对新生儿溶血病患儿实施动静脉同步自动换血治疗时采用针对性护理临床效果显著,提高了患儿家长对护理的满意度,缓解了护患关系,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective to explore the application effect of targeted nursing in automatic transfusion of arteries and veins in neonatal hemolytic disease.Methods To select42cases of children with neonatal hemolytic disease who were treated in our hospital from January2013to January2018as subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group randomly.Both groups were treated with arteriovenous synchronous autotransfusion.For the treatment,the children in the control group were given routine nursing,while the children in the study group were given targeted nursing.The incidence of adverse reactions after nursing and the satisfaction of parents in nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion The clinical effect of targeted nursing for patients with neonatal hemolytic disease is significantly improved.In addition,it can improve the satisfaction of parents as well as promote the relationship between nurses and patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
