模块化教学联合微课对康复科护理带教效果的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨模块化教学联合微课对康复科护理带教效果的影响。方法选取2016年8月至2018年8月我院康复科护理见习的58名学生为研究对象,按照教学方法将见习学生分为两组,对照组中30名,接受模块化教学;观察组28名,接受模块化教学联合微课教学。比较两组见习学生的理论考核成绩和操作考核成绩,见习学生对个人能力的评价。结果观察组见习学生的理论考核成绩和操作考核成绩优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组见习学生的自学能力、分析能力、团队合作能力及语言表达能力均优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论模块化教学联合微课能够有效提高康复科护理带教效果,对见习学生的理论考核成绩和操作考试成绩以及个人能力的提升具有积极作用,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of modular teaching combined with micro-course on the effect of nursing teaching in rehabilitation department.Methods To select58cases of students from the rehabilitation nursing in our hospital from August2016to August2018as the research subjects.The trainees were divided into two groups according to the teaching methods.The30students in the control group received modular teaching,while the 28 students in the observation group accepted modular teaching and micro-teaching.The theoretical assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the two groups of trainees,and the students'evaluation of individual ability were compared.Results The theoretical assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The self-study ability,analytical ability,teamwork ability and language expression ability of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modular teaching combined with micro-curriculum can improve the effect of nursing teaching in rehabilitation department effectively.It also has a positive effect on the theoretical assessment scores and operational test scores of the trainees and the improvement of individual ability,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
