2018年11月12日,重庆市与美国辛辛那提市在市外事大楼签署关于建立友好合作关系谅解备忘录。市委副书记、市长唐良智会见辛辛那提市市长约翰·克兰利并共同签约。根据备忘录,重庆市与辛辛那提市将共同致力于支持和促进两地全方位互利友好合作关系的发展,并为建立两地友好关系建立有效的合作机制。美国西切斯特市市长黄良华,重庆市副市长刘桂平参加活动。市政府外办主任李谦主持签约仪式。
On November 12,2018,Chongqing and Cincinnati of the United States signed a memorandum of understanding on the establishment of a friendly partnership in the Foreign Affairs Building in Chongqing.Tang Liangzhi,deputy secretary of Chongqing Municipal Party and mayor of Chongqing,met with and signed the memorandum with John Cranley,mayor of Cincinnati.
