摘要
在额定电压20 k V以上的大型水轮机组运行中,发电机定子端部电晕是较为常见的一类缺陷。通过对某电站一大型发电机定子端部电晕现象的分析、处理与跟踪,认为该电站ALSTOM机组定子端部电晕主要由斜边垫块绑扎工艺、强电场及其环境污染造成,经技术人员除尖端、去毛刺以及填充绝缘面漆处理,有效防止和减轻了该机组定子端部电晕的产生。
Stator end corona is a common defect in the operation of large-scale hydro-turbine generator units with rated voltage over20kV.A stator end corona observed in the ALSTOM unit in a hydropower station is analyzed.The results show that the corona is caused by several factors,including the binding form of the cushion blocks at the inclined edge,the strong electric field and the environmental pollution.Corresponding treatment measures are thus adopted,including the tip removal,deburring,and insulation varnish filling,which effectively prevent and alleviate the corona problem.
