通过对铜街子电站液压油缸运行常见故障案例的分析,当油缸运行出现故障时,根据故障的外在表现分析判断故障发生的内在原因,并运用适当的方法解决,尽量避免采用作业量大、安全风险因素高的油缸拆解工作,运用最经济科学的方式来维护液压油缸正常运行。

The common faults encountered in the hydraulic cylinder for flood gate in Tongjiezi Hydropower Station are analyzed.In case of operational fault of the cylinder,it should be solved in appropriate ways after the determination of internal causes of the fault based on external appearances,while the disassembly of the cylinder should be avoided as far as possible considering its heavy workload and high safety risk.Thus,the most economical and effective ways are adopted to maintain the normal operation of the hydraulic cylinder.
