摘要
为了提高抽水蓄能电站监控系统数据安全管控等级和实现信息智能化分析,提出了一种基于智能信息流的电站运维服务系统。在分析计算机监控系统应用现状基础上,通过智能信息流理念的引入,提出系统总体设计方案,构建状态评价、趋势分析、统计分析等功能,实现了电站监控系统数据的规范化传输、安全化管理、智能化分析。基于智能信息流的电站运维服务系统能够实现电站的适时复杂预警及设备运行状态评估,并据此对运行异常的设备进行排查及检修,通过在某电站的应用,大幅提高了电站运维工作的效率和管理水平,为水电厂运维检修提供了可靠的决策支持。
An operation and maintenance service system is developed for pumped storage power stations based on intelligent information flow technique to improve the data safety management level of monitoring system and realize the intelligent information analysis.After an analysis on the current application status of the computer monitoring system,the intelligent information flow technique is introduced into the design scheme of the new operation and maintenance service system.Advanced functions such as the state assessment,trend analysis and statistical analysis are developed.Thus,the standardized transmission,safety management and intelligent analysis of the monitoring data are realized.The proposed operation and maintenance service system can provide a real-time early warning and operation state assessment for key equipment,and thus a timely inspection and maintenance of faulty equipment.Practical application shows that it can significantly improve the efficiency and management level,and provide a reliable decision support for the operation and maintenance of hydropower plants.
