Application Study of LG900H Bridge Erecting Machine in Railway Bridge Construction

桥梁建设在现代交通运输设施建设中占据着极为重要的位置,而桥梁建设离不开架桥设备,目前架桥机朝着重型化、高质量、高效率和多样化的方向发展,因此,对我国铁路架桥机的发展过程、架桥机的主要结构及工作原理、分类及特点进行了阐述,并以LG900H型架桥机为例,对该型架桥机采用的辅助导梁结构体系及一跨支撑架设技术,以及变跨及首末跨桥和一跨桥的架设、适应桥梁纵坡及曲线架梁等特点进行实践应用的过程分析。

Bridge construction occupies an extremely important position in the construction of modern transportation facilities,and it is inseparable from bridging equipment.At present,the bridge erection machine is developed in the direction of heavy-duty,high-quality,high-efficiency and diversification.Thus,this paper explains the development progress,primary structure,operating principle,classification and characteristic of railway bridge erection machine in China.This article,take the LG900H bridge erecting machine for example,analyzes the auxiliary guide beam structure system,one cross-support erection technology,the construction of variable span and the first and last span and one span bridge,the adaption ofthe longitudinal slope of the bridge and the curvilinear girder.
