胚囊内甲氨蝶呤注射联合清宫术治疗瘢痕妊娠的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Intradermal Sac Methotrexate Injection Combined with Uterine Clearing in the Treatment of Cicatricial Pregnancy

目的分析瘢痕妊娠采用胚囊内甲氨蝶呤(MTX)注射联合清宫术治疗的临床效果。方法将2017年1月—2018年1月间在高州市妇幼保健院接受诊治的80例瘢痕妊娠患者按照随机分配原则将其分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40);对照组实施MTX肌肉注射治疗,观察组实施胚囊内甲氨蝶呤注射联合清宫术治疗。结果观察组β-h CG恢复正常时间、月经恢复时间等均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论胚囊内甲氨蝶呤注射联合清宫术治疗在瘢痕妊娠中具有更高治疗价值,可有效提高临床疗效,缩短患者住院时间,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of intradermal methotrexate(MTX)injection combined with uterine clearing in scar pregnancy.Methods80patients with scar pregnancy received treatment in the hospital from January,2017to January,2018were divided into two groups according to the principle of random distribution,i.e.the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40).The control group received intramuscular injection of MTX.The observation group was treated with intradermal methotrexate injection combined with uterine clearing.Results The recovery time of-hCG and menstruation was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Intradermal sac methotrexate injection combined with uterine clearing is more valuable in the treatment of scar pregnancy,which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the hospitalization time of the patients.So it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
