骨劈开配合骨挤压术在口腔种植骨增量中的应用

Application of Bone Splitting Combined with Bone Extrusion in Oral Implant Bone Increment

目的探究骨劈开配合骨挤压术在口腔种植骨增量中的应用。方法选取2012年3月—2017年3月间驻马店市中医院收治的行口腔种植骨增量治疗的患者共计40例作为研究对象,采用骨劈开配合骨挤压术治疗,分别于术后3个月、6个月、1年、2年观察骨高度、宽度、密度,种植体稳定性以及骨结合情况。结果术后3个月、6个月、1年、2年,患者骨高度、宽度、密度数据显著改善,种植体稳定性较优,骨结合情况良好。结论骨劈开配合骨挤压术应用在口腔种植骨增量治疗中,效果良好。

Objective To explore the application of bone cleavage combined with bone compression in oral implant bone increment.Methods40cases of oral implant bone increment treated in the hospital from March,2012to March,2017were selected as the subjects.Bone splitting combined with bone compression was used to treat the patients.Height,width,density,implant stability and bone binding after3months,6months,1year and2years were observed.Results Bone height,width,density data improved significantly after3months,6months,1year and2years,the implant stability was better,and bone combination was good.Conclusion Bone splitting combined with bone extrusion is applied to the incremental treatment of oral implant bone,and the effect is good.
