活动义齿和固定义齿用于牙周病伴牙列缺损修复中的应用效果分析

Effect Analysis of Removable Denture and Fixed Denture in Repairing Periodontal Disease with Dentition Defect

目的比较活动义齿和固定义齿在牙周病伴牙列缺损修复中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1—12月间收治的120例牙周病伴牙列缺损患者,根据修复方式不同将其分为固定组(60例)和活动组(60例),固定组患者接受固定义齿修复,活动组患者接受活动义齿修复,并比较不同组患者临床疗效。结果与固定组患者相比,活动组患者临床治疗总有效率显著增加。修复前,活动组和固定组患者出血指数比较差异无统计学意义,修复后,两组患者出血指数均较前降低,其中活动组患者出血指数较固定组降低更为明显。结论与固定义齿修复技术相比,活动义齿修复临床疗效更高且术后出血率较低。

Objective To compare the effect of removable denture and fixed denture in the repair of periodontal disease with dentition defect.Methods120patients with periodontal disease and dentition defect from January to December,2016were divided into two groups:fixed group(n=60)and active group(n=60).The patients in the active group received removable denture restoration,and the clinical efficacy of patients of two groups was compared.Results Compared with the fixed group,the total effective rate of the active group was significantly higher than that of the fixed group.There was no significant difference in bleeding index between the two groups.After repair,the bleeding index of the two groups was lower than that of the former,and the bleeding index of the active group was significantly lower than that of the fixed group.Conclusion Compared with fixed denture,movable denture has higher clinical efficacy and lower postoperative bleeding rate.
