肺表面活性物质治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的临床护理效果观察

Clinical Nursing Effect of Pulmonary Surfactant in the Treatment of Neonatal Hyaline Membrane Disease

目的观察肺透明膜病新生儿患儿接受肺表面活性物质治疗期间实施合理护理干预的效果及安全性。方法选取南阳市第二人民医院2016年1月—2018年1月新生儿科收治的肺透明膜病患儿40例,所有患儿均使用肺表面活性物质治疗,并在治疗期间给予患儿专业的护理干预,对比干预前后患儿血气指标水平变化情况及护理结局。结果护理干预后,患儿动脉氧分压(Arterial oxygen pressure,Pa O2)、酸碱度(Potential of hydrogen,p H)及动脉血二氧化碳分压(arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide,Pa CO2)等血气指标水平均较干预前明显改善,干预前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);所有患儿经14 d治疗与护理干预后均痊愈,且治疗期间未见患儿出现感染、并发症等不良事件发生。结论新生儿肺透明膜病使用肺表面活性物质治疗期间为患儿实施合理且专业的护理干预,可提升治疗效果,疾病治愈率高,治疗期间感染、并发症等发生情况少,安全性理想。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of nursing intervention during pulmonary surfactant therapy in newborns with hyaline membrane disease.Methods40children with hyaline membrane disease were selected from January,2016to January,2018in the hospital.All of them were treated with pulmonary surfactant,and were given professional nursing intervention during the treatment.The changes of blood gas index and nursing outcome were compared before and after intervention.Results After nursing intervention,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(Arterial oxygen pressure PaO2),pH of Potential and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide-PaCO2were significantly improved compared with those before and after intervention(P<0.05).All children were cured after14days of treatment and nursing intervention.During the treatment,no infection,complications and other adverse events occurred.Conclusion During the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease,pulmonary surfactant is used to treat the disease.Reasonable and professional nursing intervention can improve the effect of treatment,the cure rate of disease is high,infection and complications occur less during treatment,and the safety is ideal.
