实验性高脂血症动物模型的研究进展

目前,随着人们生活水平的提高与生活方式的改变,高脂血症发病率日趋严重,已成为心脑血管系统疾病的重要危险因素。研究高脂血症病因病机及开发新靶点降脂药物来防治高脂血症已成为近年研究热点。而高脂血症动物模型复制的成功与否直接影响整个实验过程的准确性和结果的可靠性。本文对近年来实验性高脂血症动物模型的研究与应用进行归纳总结,以期为不断完善动物模型复制方法及针对不同实验目的合理选择动物模型提供参考。

At present,with the improvement of people s living standard and the change of life style,the incidence of hyperlipidemia is becoming more and more serious,which has become an important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The research on the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia and the development of new target antilipidemic drugs to prevent and cure hyperlipidemia has become a hot topic in recent years.The success of hyperlipidemia animal model directly affects the accuracy and reliability of the whole experiment.The paper summarizes the research and application of experimental hyperlipidemia animal models in recent years in order to provide reference for improving the methods of animal model replication and selecting animal models for different experimental purposes.
