罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在硬膜外分娩镇痛中的有效性和安全性被引量：11

摘要目的探究罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在硬膜外分娩镇痛中的有效性和安全性。方法观察组:舒芬太尼与罗哌卡因联合用于硬膜外分娩镇痛出生后1分钟的新生儿阿普加评分,对照组:是没有任何镇痛的产妇出生后1分钟的新生儿阿普加评分。对比两组治疗后的不良反应,同时比较舒芬太尼与罗哌卡因联合用于硬膜外分娩镇痛的安全性。结果对照组的Apgar评分中,8～10分有90例,4～7分有8例,0～3分有2例;而观察组患者的Apgar评分中,8～10分有92例,4～7分有7例,0～3分有1例。因此对照组和观察组患者的组新生儿阿普加评分对比差异不显著无意义(P>0.05)。结论针对硬膜外分娩镇痛的产妇,采用罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉治疗,可加快患者康复速度,缓解临床症状,改善患者生活质量,临床安全性高,镇痛效果好,是一种理想镇痛方式,具有临床应用价值。
